Genco Industries Urethane Brake Film is tough enough to handle any job. Eliminate unwanted die marks and save money on polishing and finishing costs. Genco's brake die film is most often used for bending aluminum and painted or stainless steel. Protect your material and investment!

To use:

  1. Cut the film to the desired length.
  2. Either tape or clamp the urethane to your bottom die (duct tape is most often used).
  3. Lay the material to be formed on top of the die film.
  4. The die protector film prevents the part from touching the die—eliminating any potential die marks! The tough urethane film can be used over and over!
    • The actual number of cycles and life of the film will depend on thickness, material, and force used
    • A small shut height reduction may be required when used
